
Movement Class for Pregnancy and Postpartum

This is an integrated class to hold Mothers during the child bearing continuum. We will focus on connecting with the pelvis to facilitate tissues that yield, muscles that stabilize and movement that is fluid. If you are pregnant, this class will support you in optimizing baby’s position and preparing your body for the biomechanics of birth. If you are postpartum, this class will support you in reintegrating your core and embodying the new person you are becoming.
